Vehicle Registration employees are available 7 days a week to register and re-register vehicles for each upcoming sale. FAAO also registers vehicles all day and night Mondays prior to Tuesday's auction for your convenience.

Vehicle Registration
Register and re-register vehicles for sale day Monday through Sunday.

Dealer Service Department
FAAO has a dedicated staff to help all customers (buyers and sellers) with various issues of the auction. If you need assistance or would like your units checked on the spot please contact the Dealer Sales Department.

Vehicle Registration Holding
FAAO holds any vehicles needing to be announced with a discrepancy such as: Frame, Flood, Unibody Damage. FAAO contracts an agency (Auto Check) that identifies previous salvage history and any mile discrepancy. Units are held until the seller signs off and will announce correctly.

Vehicle Repair Assistance
Vehicles on lot requiring repairs can be sent to FAAO mechanic for repair so that the vehicle can be ready for the next auction. Dedicated employees will contact the dealer for approval.

Tuesday Can't Find Office
On Tuesdays if you can not find your vehicle on the number just go to our Can't Find Office located in the building in lane 8 by the Hotdog stand. We will take your information on the vehicle and go find the vehicle and put it on the spot and call you when its ready to run.
