The On-Site Sales Department has grown from two people working on sale day, part time, to a team of four working all week, full time. On sale day, one or two more part time people also help out supporting the department.

Selling cars all week long is now common practice. The journey has put what was "new innovations" back then into what dealers now expect from the other auctions as well. It is this area where Florida Auto Auction of Orlando's On-Site Sales department is a leader.

Services

On-Site Sales
Monday thru Friday, with the exception of Tuesday, we will help you locate and acquire the vehicle you need. We will even keep looking for the vehicle you need until we find it or you tell us to quit looking. Inventory is always changing on a weekly basis.

Condition Reports
Buying a car sight unseen? Scary to say the least. We can get you a condition report of the vehicle you need. We will take a paint meter, and check for paintwork. We check for scratches, dings and dents. That’s just on the outside, we then check the inside for burns, cuts and tears. The A/C, electric seats, windows are all checked to be sure they are working properly.

A picture is worth a thousand words. It is...and it’s worth money! Below are some sample pictures that we have taken. If there is damage on the vehicle, extra pictures are sent.

With these two tools alone, we have made repeated sales to dealers.

"IF" Sales
"IF" sales are done on Tuesday, which is sale day. The policy regarding "IF"s has changed!

"IF" sales are binding on the BUYER FOR ONE (1) HOUR. After one (1) hour, "IF" sales are strictly between the buyer and the seller. "IF" sales are arbitratable and subject to announced conditions.
We will work "IF" sales as long as both parties are interested.

Post Sale Inspection
This is the best money you can spend. It will save you untold headache, trouble, time and most importantly money. Money out of your pocket. The Post Sale Inspection includes a frame check, a flood check, a mechanical inspection on the engine, drive train and transmission. The P.S.I. is done by the Arbitration Department.

Frame Check
If you only want the frame check done, the Arbitration Department can perform these for you.

Customer Satisfaction
We will work with both the Buyer and the Seller on any questions or inquires they may have on the vehicle. Unlike other auctions, when we sell a car, it can be sold with a green light if the vehicle meets the requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Below is a list of questions the On-Site Sales team gets asked.

Why can't we buy a factory or fleet lease vehicle thru On-Site Sales?
Factory vehicles, for the most part, can only be bought by registered factory dealers. With Fleet Lease vehicles, they must cross the block. There are consignment dealers who also want their vehicles to cross the block.

Why is a vehicle showing on the web site, printout, and now its not even there?
Until the vehicle is put into the computer as being removed from lot, it will show up as being here. When it is removed from lot, it may not show up until the main computer does it’s "sweep" and then it should disappear.

Are vehicles sold thru On-Site Sales "green light"?
Almost all the vehicles sold thru On-Site Sales are green light. If the vehicle were to run thru the block with a red light, then we would have to sell it with a red light. However it would cross the block is how we will sell it.

Why do I get charged a $40.00 no title fee when I hand the title in today?
Unless the title is turned in on the block with the paperwork, we have to assume the title isn't present and that you are going to send it in.
