Florida Auto Auction of Orlando's (FAAO) Limo/Shuttle department exists to provide quality shuttle services to auction participants. To assist in your transportation to FAAO's auctions, Limo/Shuttle personnel will pick you up at the airport and/or your hotel, bring you to the Auction and get you back to your hotel after the auction.

Airport Pick-up
	Monday:	Pick-up service is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
	Tuesday:	Continuous service is provided from the Orlando International Airport to destination (Auction and hotels) beginning at 7:30 a.m. To insure prompt pick-up dealers must provide the following information when making a reservation: Air Carrier, Flight Number, Arrival Time, Number in Party, Name of Hotel, and name of person who is registered with the hotel. Any flight arriving after noon will need to be pre-arranged for pickup.
	Special Sales:	Services times vary - please consult office for times.

Location at Airport - Terminal B, Level 1, Space 18
Level 1 is one level below baggage claim area (commercial parking). Take the elevator to reach level 1. Space B18 is at curbside. Auction vehicle will have identifying signs on the doors and windshield.

All local hotels, Best Western & Red Roof inn, pickup times starts at 7:00 am and Round Robin until 10:30 am.

Airport Coordinator
A coordinator is on duty continuously as follows:

• Monday - 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
• Tuesday - 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

General Information
Dealers who do not use our service for regularly scheduled pick-ups at the airport hotels are required to take the hotel shuttles to the airport. The shuttle will take them to our space (B18). Airport service can be provided on non-sale days during regular office hours. However, arrangement must be made prior to arrival or departure. Transportation can be provided for dealers on non-sale days during regular office hours (8am - 4pm)  by contacting the Limo Department at (407) 905-8650, (407) 905-8651 or by contacting the auction's main line at (407) 656-6200 extension 8651. Dealers who stay at hotels other than those on our regular schedule must call well in advance for us to provide prompt service.

Transportation is provided for dealers flying into Orlando Country Airport (at Plymouth). We require ample notice prior to the plane arrival time. Dealers who fly into Executive Air Center on sale days most call three hours before arrival time. The Limo office will be open at 6:00 am on Tuesdays. No cab fare will be refunded if our services are available.

Dealer Transportation
Service is available to take wife/husband to West Oaks Mall while dealer participates in the auction. This service will be provided as a driver is available.

Cloak Room
FAAO's cloak room is provided to store your personal belongings on sale days. Hours of operation are as follows:

• Tuesday - 7:00 a.m.-needed
• General Motors and Chrysler Sales - Bags will be taken at the front couter in the office at the sale.
