The Dealer Sales department's prime objective is to generate orderly sales of automobiles at FAAO's weekly auctions. Dealer Sales accomplishes this by contacting dealers to ascertain the amount of vehicles they will be running in upcoming sales, reserving run numbers, and organizing lanes to generate more sales for dealers and FAAO.

Reserve Run Numbers
Dealer Sales will contact registered dealers to reserve auction run numbers. Run numbers are assigned according to sales percentage, auction schedule, and lane setup.Lane Schedule
Dealer Sales sets up a defined lane schedule to keep the auction organized and to maximize the flow of the auction. Lane schedules are organized by domestic, exotic, and import vehicles as well as separate lanes for fleet lease and factory sales.Drive Outs
Drive outs are authorized following the close of a vehicle auction. Dealer Sales verifies the sale with the dealer before issuing a drive out. Dealer Sales is also able to arrange for drive outs to be left at FAAO's front gate with security for dealer/transport pick up.Fax Run Lists
Dealer Sales will fax the list of run numbers to dealers prior to the upcoming auction.Pre-Register Vehicles
Dealer Sales pre-registers vehicles for placement in the auction after run requests have been placed. Vehicles are registered in the order that the dealers request run numbers from the available list.
