When you registered as a Dealer, you received an Auction ACCESS number, your Auction ACCESS number is printed on your Auction ACCESS card issued by your local auction. Auction ACCESS gives your business critical information and unmatched features. Use your Auction ACCESS card to buy and sell at over 80 Manheim auctions. MAFS

As your "bank auction", the MAFS Department will provide you with unparalleled service. Once approved, your MAFS Goldcard is accepted at any Manheim Auction nationwide, saving you time, increasing your cash flow and helping you grow your business. Post Sale Inspections

What is Manheim Post Sale Inspection? Manheim Post Sale Inspection is an inspection service that evaluates the condition of vehicles for buyers at Manheim. Post Sale Inspections are performed, as the name implies, after the vehicles have sold at auction. The Post Sale Inspection program is designed to address the needs of dealers desiring a thorough evaluation of their purchases before the vehicle leaves the auction.

Arbitratable defects found can be addressed on a timely basis and resolved before the issue is complicated with transportation and arbitration window issues.

Vehicles with less than 100,000 miles selling with a ride and drive will have a 7-day guarantee for Flood, Frame, and Mechanical. Within $500.00 for repairs – engine, transmission and rear-end.

Transportation
