The card you are going to be receiving is a Universal card that is good at All Manheim Auctions.

Once you have filled out the Auction ACCESS application with at least one Manheim Auction you are issued a 7 digit Auction ACCESS number. You are also issued a 9-digit number placed on the right side of your card that begins with a (1). This is your rep number. You will have the same rep number on every Auction ACCESS card you receive when signing up for new companies.

In order for you to receive this card you will need a letter of authorization signed by the owner of the dealership, along with your social security number and a picture Id. You will need a letter for every company you wish to purchase for.

If you think you might have lost your card contact Dealer Registration ASAP so we can cancel your old card and re-issue you a new one. You will get a temporary card first until the permanent card is replaced.

The only changes made on your new card are the magnetic strip on the back. If you are to find the lost card make sure to "Destroy it". It may cause problems with the new card.

Going to a subscribing auction for the first time using your Auction ACCESS card?

1. Call the auction a few days in advance.
2. Complete any 'auction specific' paperwork.
3. Establish a payment method with each new auction.

Each auction operates independently, therefore it is necessary that you call ahead to register if you are going to another subscribing auction for the first time. Credit limits will need to be set at each auction as well as any documents that are required by that specific auction.
