Main Office
What is the sale schedule?
Our regular sale is every Tuesday @ 9am. Our Chrysler Factory sale is every other Monday @ 12:30pm. and Our closed GM sale is every other Monday @ 12:30pm. Our highline sale is the Second Tuesday of every month @ 9am. Periodic Monday sales include exotics, corvettes, and rentals, check our calendar for these sale dates. Christmas sale is in December and the Anniversary sale is in July.How many lanes does FAAO have?
We currently have 22 lanes on the main property and 3 lanes at the Factory Remarketing Center.Are minors allowed on property?
Minors are not allowed on property. You must be at least 18 years old to enter the auction facility.Are visitors allowed on property?
Due to security reasons no visitor passes will be issued until further notice.No Visitors are allowed to enter FAAO property without being accompanied by a registered FAAO dealer.
Does FAAO offer hotel reservations?
Yes, Sales and Marketing handles arrangements, 407-215-1600Is there a limo/shuttle from the airport?
Yes, call our limo/shuttle department (customer relations) for reservations. They will provide transportation to and from the airport, or hotels and the auction. Airport pickup is Side B, Level 1, Space 18.Where can I leave my luggage or briefcase?
The baggage check room in the main office is open at 7:00 on all sale days, and from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Monday. There is also a baggage check room at our factory facility that is open when the sale is held there.Does FAAO provide phones, fax machines, or computers for the dealers?
Yes, there are computers in our Technology center located in the main office. As for fax machines and phones please see any of the auction staff and the can pint out the closest one to you.I’ve lost my phone, do you have a lost and found?
Yes, All found articles are turned in to the GM’s secretary.What are the numbered signs in the parking lot for?
The numbered signs mark each lane. This number, along with the run number indicate in numerical order where and when a unit will be in the sale.Where can you find a black book?
You can purchase a black book from the Sales & Marketing staff on Tuesday in there office located in the new building on the first floor.How much does it cost to subscribe to Market Reports?
E-mailed Market Reports are available free of charge. Click to learn more and enroll.What are the monitors for?
The monitors show the lane and run number of each unit when it is on the block.Do I need my title on the block when I sell a unit?
Yes, The title should be turned in on the block when the seller signs the invoice, for each unit that sold.If I turn in sold titles at the end of sale day, can I get a check?
All invoices that reach the office without a title attached receive a sellers draft, and are charged a no title fee. The draft may be deposited, just like a check when the title is received.Can I take my titles on sale day?
There are a few exceptions, but most dealers paying by cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or check can take titles day of sale. Most floor plan companies need copies of titles, and some require that titles be sent directly to them.How long does a buyer have to pay for their purchases?
Buyers must pay within an hour of purchase.What form of payment does the auction accept?

A. A check paying for one unit is deposited when the auction receives a good title from the seller.
B. A check paying for more than one unit is deposited the same day that the check is received, whether or not there is a title present.
C. Cashiers checks, wire transfers (ach) and cash are deposited when received, regardless of title status.Can I floor plan any unit purchased?
Yes, as long as your floor plan company’s guidelines are followed.Do I need to sign in for floor plan every week?
Yes, This lets us and your floor plan company know that you have selected this method of payment. It also allows us to get an availability (when required). The availability is good only for the day of the sale.If I’m not floor planning do I still need to check in every week?
Yes, we give each buyer a new bidder badge each week. This helps us to identify the correct buyer on the block.Does FAAO accept a wire transfer as payment?
Yes, see Dealer Registration for more information.If a purchase is made for less than the amount on cashier check, will the money be cut back to company?
Yes, FAAO will immediately cut back a check for the difference, see the cash window.I can’t find a car that I bought, who can help me?
Call or visit transportation services, they will assist in locating any misplaced unit.How do I get a Drive Out for my vehicle?
On sale day you can get your drive outs at the block or if the lane is already down you can go to lane 8 inside the building. FAAO kiosks are also available throughout the main office to print your drive outs.Where can I leave my drive outs?
Drive outs can be left with front gate security at the main facility or the factory facility. They can also be turned in to any counter clerk in the main office.Is post sale inspection available?
Yes, We offer both 7 day and 14 day post sale inspections. Contact Arbitration for more information.
Dealer Registration
How do I register to do business at your auction?
You must first fill out an auction access application once for any Manheim auction. After doing so, you will need to return the application, along with the requested documents, to Dealer Registration Department. They will process the application and assign you an Auction Access Dealer Number. You must register that number at all Manheim Auctions that you intend to do business with. You can do this by simply giving your Auction Access Number to Each Auctions Dealer Registration Department.How long is the registration process?
If it’s over the phone, mailed in or by fax, we ask for a 24 hour turn around. If it’s a walk in application, we work it up on the spot, approximately 30 minutes, however on sale day we ask for an hour.Does FAAO charge any fees upon registration?
No fees are charged for registering however there are required fees upon buying and selling (includes Factory sales, draft fees, and fleet/lease) see Dealer Reg. for fee schedule.
Dealer Sales
How do I reserve numbers for the next week’s sale?
Contact Dealer Sales after the sale or on Wednesdays before 12:00 p.m. (Noon)How can I get better numbers?
We assign numbers based on your sales percentages from year to date/amount of vehicles purchased.How do I re-run my cars on sale day?
Go to lane 10 office and list which lane and run numbers you want to re-run on forms provided.When do my cars have to be there?
To avoid the last minute Tuesday rush we would like for you to have your vehicles here ASAP on Monday - At least 2 hours before sale begins on sale day.Who do I contact if I have been billed for a no show or a no sale I feel is in error?
Please contact the Dealer Sales department and they can solve these type of issues for you.
Vehicle Registration
How do I get my vehicle registered?
First contact the Dealer Sales Office to reserve numbers, then as soon as possible arrange for transporter and send vehicles to FAAO. Please put dealership name, location and date on windshield before shipping vehicles. Or make sure the transporter has correct information. Please click on policy's for more information.What if I can’t be there to represent my vehicles?
You can contact Dealer Sales about having someone at the auction represent your vehicles for you!Where do I go if my vehicle is not on the spot (or number)?
If the vehicle is not on the spot or number you can go to the "Can’t Find Office" located at the front gate next to the security office. We will find your vehicle and run it right away if it’s missed it’s number or get it to the spot to run on time.
